These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zeniahome.store and your purchase of any products from Zenia Home (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.
2. Products, descriptions, and pricing
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours, or other content are error-free. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change. “Compare-at”, “was”, and “save” prices refer to a reference or recommended retail price and may not reflect prior sales at that price. If we discover a pricing or description error on an order, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid.
3. Promotions and bundle offers
Bundle offers (for example, the LumaSculpt™ + Velvet Spin™ bundle, or the LumaSculpt™ + Velvet Spin™ + CloudCurl™ bundle) apply the discounted total shown for that option. Savings are calculated against the applicable reference price. Offers are available while stocks last, may be limited per order, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (including Shopify Payments / Shop Pay and any other method shown). You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds, and our money-back guarantee
Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee, and you may open and try the product before deciding. We ask that returned items include all components and are cleaned before return; items returned incomplete or damaged beyond normal trial use may receive a partial refund. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always covered.
8. Cosmetic use disclaimer — please read carefully
Our products — including the LumaSculpt™ 4-in-1 Face & Neck Wand, the Velvet Spin™ Facial Cleansing Brush, and the CloudCurl™ Heatless Curling Set — are cosmetic and personal-care accessories intended for at-home beauty routines. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any statements on the Website describe the appearance of skin and hair and general self-care only.
- Use each product only as described in the included instructions. Rechargeable devices must be charged only with a compliant USB power source.
- Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. If you have a skin concern or condition, consult a qualified professional before use.
- Discontinue use immediately and seek advice if you experience irritation, redness, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.
- Keep away from children. These products are intended for adult personal-care use.
You use the products at your own discretion and are responsible for following all instructions.

Reviews, ratings, and any statistics shown on the Website reflect individual, customer-reported experiences and/or customer surveys. They are not guarantees of any outcome, and individual results will vary.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, subject to any consumer right to bring proceedings locally.
