Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed on zeniahome.store, including LumaSculpt™ and all related bundle products.

1. Order processing
Approximately 80% of orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer due to demand or carrier availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days. Some items may ship from partner or overseas warehouses, in which case delivery can take longer. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Any applicable shipping charges for other destinations or expedited options will be shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number where available so you can follow your delivery.

5. International orders, customs, and duties
For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, use the contact section and we will help track it.

7. Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer; additional charges may apply to reship.
